We help you turn your good intentions into action and provide a safe, predictable, supported journey to your house and land purchase.
We would love to help you through the process by:
- preparing a report for builders so they understand the specifications and price point you need
- introduce you to builders we have vetted for financial viability and quality
- ensure you have a sound idea of your capacity to borrow and what the real costs will be (through our relationship with Ever After Home Loans.)
- project manage for you and provide support, explanations and encouragement as the build unfolds
Our services don't cost you anything above the price you will pay for your package. There is a marketing budget in every house and land package price. It is part of the price you will pay regardless of whether you get a benefit from it. Our service is paid for from that budget.
There is no hard sell. We do not offer properties for sale - so you can rest assured we won't be putting pressure on you. We will work with you to define the result you need and then ask our selected builders to present properties to you that meet your criteria.
We have vetted the builders. The last thing anyone wants is a builder that goes into liquidation during their build. We will only send your project to builders we believe are stable, liquid and ethical.
"This might be a dumb question..." The road to your completed project is full of documents, plans, proposals, contracts, decisions, due dates, and a multitude of signatures. Your solicitor, finance broker, developer, builder and letting agent will all be working for you - and sometimes, it can get overwhelming. We are the "dumb question" people, and the phone number that will demystify the jargon, explain what to do next, and who to talk to at each stage.
